Breakfast buffet at Hilton Hiroshima! Lots of food in an open space!
On September 1, 2022, the Hilton Hiroshima, the first Hilton brand in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, opened.
This is a report on breakfast at Hilton Hiroshima.
The Hilton Hiroshima is located near Hiroshima’s main street, Peace Boulevard, and is a 10-minute drive from Hiroshima Station. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for business and pleasure.
The building is equipped with a reception desk and flow lounge on the first floor, and rooms are located from the 7th to 22nd floors, for a total of 420 rooms.
This time, we stayed in an Executive Room with access to the Executive Lounge.
What are the services offered in the lounge?
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 (weekdays) and 6:30 to 10:30 (weekends and holidays).
Afternoon tea is served from 14:00 to 16:30
Evening cocktails are served from 17:00 to 19:00
Breakfast will be served buffet style at the all-day dining Mosaic on the 6th floor.

The restaurant has a high ceiling and a terrace, giving it an open and airy feeling.
The buffet table is divided into several islands, and the seating is spacious.
French Toast & Pancakes
The dishes are French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, ham, salmon, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, salad, granola…Western food is all over the place.
Mainly Western food was picked up.
Moist ham and salmon are also delicious.
In the Japanese food corner, there were side dishes to go with rice, such as omelet, onsen tamago, pickled plums, hijiki, natto, etc., porridge, miso soup, and dim sum.

The omelette is a fluffy omelette that can be made with your choice of ham, cheese, or other ingredients.

Fresh Juice, Tea & Coffee
Drinks include fresh juices & detox water, several teas, and Franke’s coffee machine.
Welcome drinks were also provided to Diamond and Gold members.
Breads include croissants, danishes, baguettes & whole grain bread…
The bread selection includes croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, whole breads, baguettes, whole grain breads, and pan de mi. Baguettes and whole breads can be sliced to any size, and there is a toaster for re-baking. Cream cheese, peanut butter, honey, jam, and butter are also available.
The rich vegetable juices were delicious, there was a wide variety of nuts, dried fruits, and granola, and I enjoyed being able to top my pancakes with chocolate sauce and chips.
We’ll eat a lot in the morning and start sightseeing again~!
