Enjoy Okonomiyaki & Kitsune Udon in the live kitchen!
Drinks include original flavors such as “Gari Lemon” and “Grape Peach”. All are refreshing and perfect for breakfast.
The “live kitchen” that shows cooking is Osaka’s famous okonomiyaki and kitsune udon.
Okonomiyaki is filled with sweet and spicy beef tendon meat and konnyaku, popularly known as “sujikon” in Osaka. It is also filled with plenty of green onions.
Kitsune udon is a famous Japanese noodle dish.
Kitsune udon has a delicious dashi broth.
The soup contains sweetened “oage-san” (fried bean curd).
Both okonomiyaki and udon are served with a generous amount of freshly shaved bonito flakes on top. The delicious smell of the dried bonito whets the appetite.
The kitchen has a bonito shaving machine, so it was a pleasure to see.
Japanese food can enjoy prepared foods from the wholesale market “Kizu Market”.
Breads will include croissants, salt bread, melon bread, brioche (with custard cream or poip cream), coconut pineapple muffins, carrot maritozzo, viennoa chocolat, and other small breads.
Cheese bagels are served with salmon, cream cheese, and red onion.
There is also boiled sausage, scrambled eggs, corn soup, and salad.
In the Japanese food corner, you can enjoy prepared foods made by the people of Kizu Market, the kitchen and wholesale market of Naniwa. Of course, rice and miso soup are also available.
Coffee and other items are also available in take-out cups.
