Varied menu with a focus on Japanese cuisine
Beef hot pot is served as the main dish at the buffet, which focuses on Japanese cuisine. The beef hot pot, stewed with tender meat and flavorful broth, is perfect for those who want to enjoy a solid meal starting in the morning.
The menu also includes a wide variety of other dishes such as sashimi yuba from Tochiya, onsen tamago (hot spring eggs) from Nikko Kin-no Egg, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) from Tororo. Colorful salads and scallop carpaccio are also available, providing a well-balanced meal.
Dessert corner to satisfy even the sweetest of palates
The breakfast buffet includes a variety of desserts such as fruits, yogurt, roll cakes, dairy potatoes, and dorayaki. With a selection of Japanese and Western sweets, you can enjoy dessert time after your meal. In particular, the Daidaimo is exquisitely sweet and will recharge your energy in the morning.
Full drink bar
The drink bar offers soft drinks, coffee machines, and Tsujiri sencha tea. Tea served in a stylish Japanese patterned teacup is a moment of relaxation.
Leisurely mornings
Breakfast ends at 10:00, but the restaurant is relatively empty just before the last order, so you can enjoy your meal in comfort. It is a blissful experience to be able to sit in the warmth of the wood and fully enjoy the dessert.
