Breakfast is served at Le Saint-Soliel restaurant on the second floor and can be enjoyed buffet style between 7:00 and 9:30. A Japanese menu using ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture, seasonal vegetables, colorful smoothies, and colorful mini doughnuts are beautifully laid out to provide an eye-pleasing meal in the morning.
Extensive drink menu
Drinks include a variety of coffees, Dilmah teas, and sparkling wine, the perfect wake-up drink. A glass of chilled sparkling wine will give you a refreshing start to the morning.

Pancakes and Pho
Pancakes are cooked right in front of you by the chef, and you can customize them to your liking, from sweet treats such as mixed berry stew to sweet & salty savories with creamy nut sauce and prosciutto. Making Hot Dogs

Access: 15 minutes on foot from Kai Oizumi Station on the Koumi Line, 15 minutes from the Nagasaka Interchange on the Chuo Expressway.

By car: Transfer to JR Kobuchizawa Station on the JR Chuo Main Line, get off at Kai Oizumi Station on the JR Koumi Line, and walk about 15 minutes.
From Hachioji IC to Chuo Expressway – Nagasaka IC – Turn left at the traffic light, turn left again at Gomachida intersection, and turn left again at the split road in front of GS on the left side. There is a signboard.
