Choose Your Main Dish from a Course-Style Breakfast

Breakfast is served course-style, with a choice of five main dishes. We opted for the open omelet with meat sauce open sandwich and the crab cake eggs benedict.

The open sandwich features a chewy country loaf with a crispy surface, topped with a fluffy soft-boiled omelet perfectly matched with savory meat sauce. It also comes with bacon and sautéed onions, making it a hearty meal.

On the other hand, the crab cake eggs benedict consists of a muffin topped with a poached egg and a crab cake packed with crab meat. The tangy and rich sauce spreads delightfully in your mouth, and the side of baked potatoes is sweet and fluffy.

Refreshing Drinks and Delightful Sides

Drink options include mango, apple, and pineapple juice, coffee, tea, and butterfly pea tea. We enjoyed the mango juice and, after the meal, hot butterfly pea tea.

The breakfast also includes a fresh salad and a warm minestrone soup with crunchy diced vegetables. For dessert, there’s yogurt and cut fruits.
