[Hotel Stay Review] Four Points Flex by Sheraton Fukuoka Hakata Opened in February 2025! Stayed at a brand-new hotel just 5 minutes from Hakata Station

During my trip to Fukuoka, I stayed at the newly opened Four Points Flex by Sheraton Fukuoka Hakata, which opened in February 2025.
It’s in a prime location right in the heart of Hakata—just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. Canal City Hakata and the famous Nakasu food stall street are also within walking distance. I had a great time sampling local Fukuoka dishes like Hakata ramen and udon during my stay.

The hotel has 11 floors and 217 rooms, all with a stylish and calm vibe.
On the second floor, there’s a self-service amenity bar and complimentary welcome drinks, which was a nice touch and super convenient.

Guest Room: Relaxing Soak in an Oval Bathtub

The room was compact but functional.
The standout feature was the beautiful oval-shaped bathtub with soft curves—it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak away travel fatigue.
The bath amenities had a lovely scent, making bath time even more enjoyable.
There was also an all-in-one pajama set and a desk that made it easy to get some work done, making the room ideal for both sightseeing and business.

Breakfast: Japanese & Western Buffet at “Beluga Café”

Breakfast is served on the first floor at Beluga Café from 6:30 to 10:00 AM.
Even non-guests can enjoy it for 1,600 yen.
The buffet offers both Japanese and Western options, including:

Scrambled eggs
Sausages
Grilled fish
Tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet)
Natto
Curry
Bread
Fresh juice & milk
Coffee machine

It had all the breakfast staples you’d want, and I left feeling totally satisfied.

Final Thoughts

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Fukuoka Hakata is a brand-new, comfy hotel that’s super convenient for sightseeing and food adventures.
If you’re looking for a place to stay near Hakata Station or a great base for exploring Fukuoka, I’d definitely recommend this spot.
