Sheraton-Brand Hotels Are Popping Up All Over Tokyo!

Marriott International’s midscale brand, Four Points Flex by Sheraton, is expanding in Tokyo, with three new hotels opening in 2025:
- Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Higashi-Kanda – Opened August 22
- Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Ueno – Opening October 14
- Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya West – Opening December 1
I stayed at the very first of the bunch — Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Higashi-Kanda — just after it opened!
Only 3 Minutes from Bakurocho Station – Great Access to Top Tokyo Spots

The hotel is located in the Higashi-Kanda area, just a 3-minute walk from JR Bakurocho Station. You can even walk to Akihabara’s electric town and anime district.
It’s also super convenient for visiting places like the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Ueno Park, and Asakusa — making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
There are lots of restaurants and hotels in the area, and I saw quite a few international travelers around too.

Tokyo-Inspired Design and a Cozy Lounge

The interior design reflects the local Tokyo neighborhood, giving the whole space a distinct “Tokyo vibe.”
On the ground floor, you’ll find the front desk and a guest-only lounge. It’s got free Wi-Fi and power outlets — great for getting some work done.
Coffee is complimentary, and there’s an ice machine, water dispenser, microwave, and fridge — super handy for longer stays. There’s also a nice selection of paid drinks available.

Stayed in a Clean & Bright Double Room

I stayed in a double room on the 3rd floor.
The room had a fresh, cheerful look with white as the base and pops of orange and blue.
- One double bed
- Desk, closet, and TV
- Slippers and a one-piece pajama set
- Drip coffee, tea bags, mugs, and kettle

The bathroom is a unit bath with a sink, toilet, and shower/bathtub all together.
They also provided the hotel’s original bath amenities and a SALONIA hair dryer.
From the window, I could see a slice of the sky between buildings — very Tokyo-esque.
Everything in the room was brand new, and it really added to the comfort.
Sleeping in those crisp sheets was a simple but special kind of bliss.

Breakfast: Bento Box Style

The next morning, I picked up my bento-style breakfast at the front desk and enjoyed it in the lounge.
That day’s bento featured a thick grilled salmon as the main item, served with seaweed and rice — simple but delicious, and just right for the start of a travel day.
