I stayed at the Hilton Yokohama on the first day of its opening.
On September 24, 2023, to the Hilton Yokohama, which opened next to the K-Arena Yokohama.
The Hilton Yokohama is a 26-story building with 339 guest rooms.
Breakfast is served at the all-day dining Parade (3rd floor)
Enjoy breakfast at Parade all-day dining on the third floor.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 (last order 9:30). Buffet style.

The interior design of Parade is a fusion of art deco and the image of a local park in Yokohama.
Overall, the white louvers give the impression of a semi-outdoor space, and the marble-like tile flooring is a combination of Yokohama’s cobblestone pavement and Art Deco.

The buffet table features over 150 dishes.
Colorful salads, fruits, bread, bacon, ham and eggs.
Japanese side dishes, miso soup, rice porridge, baked goods, corn soup, etc.
The live kitchen will also offer croissants, eggs Benedict, and Hawaiian pancakes.
The live kitchen, where chefs serve freshly prepared dishes right in front of you, offers freshly baked croissants, savory paninis, eggs Benedict, French toast, and waffles. You can enjoy a variety of mini-sized dishes.

This curry is delicious served over rice!
What kind of drinks are available?
HARNEY & SONS tea bags and illy coffee machines are installed.
Hot coffee or tea was poured at the table.
Upon leaving, take-out cups are available at the entrance, and hot tea or coffee is self-serve.
Soft sunlight pours in through the windows for a satisfying breakfast in a comfortable space overlooking the waterfront and music terrace.
Normally check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 p.m., but as a benefit of Hilton’s Gold membership, I was able to stay until 1:00 p.m.
I ate a full breakfast until 10:00, then returned to my room and had time to lie in bed again and get ready at leisure.
Incidentally, we drove there this time and the parking fee was 3,000 yen per night.
