Hoshino Resort BEB5 Okinawa Seragaki is a stay-cation hotel with a kitchen, large refrigerator, washer/dryer, and balcony in every room. The rooms and dressing rooms are spacious with separate toilets. I felt at home, not like in a hotel.
This is a hotel where you will want to stay for a couple of days. It is also suitable for group trips and extended stays.
It was also nice to be able to wash the laundry that had accumulated during the trip.

Breakfast is served at the cafe on the first floor to the left of the front desk.
Breakfast hours are 7:00-10:00 (L.O. 9:30).
The fee is 1,300 yen per person (this time we stayed with the plan including breakfast)
The kitchen is equipped with a stone oven, where you can enjoy paninos baked in a stone oven.

I chose the prosciutto salad panino and the shrimp tomato risotto.

Excellent panino baked in a stone oven! I was amazed at how generous the prosciutto was.

Prosciutto Salad Panino
A large panino dough is removed from the stone oven, topped with lettuce and tomatoes, and a generous slice of prosciutto ham is placed in front of you. They also shave parmesan cheese to finish the dish.
Panino is big.


You can either cut it into pieces with a knife and fork, or fold it in half, sandwich the ingredients, and bite into it.
The dough is large enough that the ingredients do not stick out.


Fold in half and gulp!
The panino has a crispy, chewy surface, fresh vegetables & moist prosciutto ham, and the cheese is fluffy and flavorful.
The panino, which is also very satisfying, is a repeat favorite.

Tender, hot risotto
Risotto comes with a prosciutto salad.
The hot tomato-based shrimp risotto is well mixed, fragrant with basil and tender with cheese.
The prawns are also large and plump.


Drinks include detox water and fresh juices, and hot coffee can be poured into cups and taken out.
Hot coffee take-out is also available.


After a long day of rest in the room, we were ready to start again!
