Review of breakfast at the Club Lounge on the 24th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka.
We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, which opened on June 21, 2023 in Fukuoka City.

Breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 10:30.
For non-grab lounge stays, breakfast will be buffet style at Viridis on the 18th floor from 6:30 to 10:30.

In addition to the dishes on the buffet table, breakfast offers a choice of several egg dishes for the main menu.
Egg dishes are,
Omelet (plain or white) Omelet sauce: mentaiko cream or ragout sauce with black wagyu beef from KyushuFried eggs with cage-free eggs.

Croffles can be ordered for dessert.
Mentaiko is a specialty of Fukuoka. It is a delicacy made by fermenting pollock ovaries that are cured in salt and then marinated in a seasoning solution of chili pepper, kelp, sugar, soy sauce, and other seasonings after the salt is removed.
I ordered the plain omelet with mentaiko cream and eggs benedict.
Eggs Benedict on a croissant. Crispy dough and pulled eggs.
Bacon and grilled vegetables are also sandwiched.
After-dinner croffle! It was crispy and fluffy. Enjoyed with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup.
Pick up the dishes from the buffet as well! Gnocchi and small bowls of food.
The buffet table had ham, cheese, smoked salmon with salad, corn soup, gnocchi, bacon, Unzen pork, and bite-sized hash browns.
In the Japanese food section, small bowls containing grilled fish, tofu with starchy sauce, mozuku seaweed, and even kaku-ni-nimono are available.
A variety of fashionable breads! Muffins, Danish, and the exquisite Mentaiko France bread !
Breads include Mentaiko French, croissants, raspberry and fig Danish, maple pecan Danish, and a variety of whole wheat and plain breads.
The muffins were also stylishly laid out.
The mentaiko french is crispy, juicy and chunky even when cold. The bread was delicious.
The refrigerator has a wide variety of sweets, fruits, and drinks.
In the refrigerator, there are cut fruits such as red melon, blueberry, pineapple, etc., and mini-sweets such as panna cotta and pudding. It’s nice to be able to eat a little bit of everything.
Another refrigerator has soft drinks.
Milk, fruit juices such as guava juice, smoothies, tomato juice, and mineral water.
Fruits and cakes at the buffet are often placed at room temperature, but they taste better when they’re cold!
Nespresso machines (coffee) and tea bags include Earl Grey, chamomile, and Fukuoka’s Yame tea.
This one was always available in the lounge, not just for breakfast.
