To “Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort” on Sesoko Island, a remote island in Okinawa that can be reached by car.

The 298 guest rooms, including 9 suites, overlook the beautiful sea and sky of Sesoko Island.

Breakfast is buffet style! The venue has a resort-like atmosphere

Breakfast is buffet style

Breakfast can be enjoyed buffet style from 6:30 to 10:30 at the all-day dining Amahaj on the first floor.
Adults 4,000 yen.
The venue is deep and spacious.
Adjacent to the garden pool, it has a resort-like atmosphere.
When I went to the venue after 8:00 a.m., it was Sunday and the place was fairly crowded with many families.
As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I was shown to a comfortable seat in the back of the room.

Also enjoy Hilton Honors Gold members-only menu

Smoothie of the Day
Sparkling Wine
Seared Cartilage Soki
Mmujiji Tempura
Tofu with Jeamami
and each person can choose one dish at a time.

I chose the seared cartilage soki and the gi-marmi tofu.
The Okinawa specialty, gi-marmi tofu, is a chunky, sweet tofu with a firm texture.
The seared cartilage soki soaked in sweet-and-sour sauce is also delicious.

Live Kitchen is Sesoko Eggs Benedict & Omelette

The live kitchen, where chefs serve freshly prepared dishes right in front of you, includes omelets and eggs Benedict.
Of course I ordered both.
Pancakes, waffles, and fried eggs were also laid out freshly cooked.
Sesoko Eggs Benedict, fluffy egg omelet
Sesoko Eggs Benedict is an English muffin kneaded with mugwort, topped with prefectural Agu pork bacon, spinach and mushrooms, with a pull-top egg & tenderloin, served with hollandaise sauce.
The fluffy egg omelette can be baked with ingredients of your choice.

Enjoy Okinawa’s specialty “Aosa Soba & Kachu Hot Spring” and feel the warmth of the sea

Local Okinawan dishes include asa (oasa) Okinawan soba noodles, bitter melon stir-fry, and takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables) (juicy). Kachiu-yu, a bowl of hot water with dried plums, boiled tofu, and plenty of dried bonito flakes, is also available.

Hilton curry is spicy & rich.

The Hilton Curry became a favorite because of its super rich, adult flavor with bitterness and spice.

A wide variety of breads and toppings, as well as drinks unique to Okinawa.

Western food such as bacon, sausage, French fries, ham, and cheese, plus fruit and salad.
The bread selection includes croissants, danishes, rolls, and muffins.
There were many types of dressings, yogurt toppings, and bread spreads that could be arranged.

Cold drinks include hibiscus tea, sanpin tea, and seekers’ juice.
There is also Dilmah tea and Melitta coffee.
I ate a full meal in the morning.

Fireworks are held every Saturday.

On Saturday at 8:30 p.m., fireworks were set off (which happened to be the day we stayed!) and We went out on the balcony of our room and watched the fireworks for the first time this summer, which was memorable.
